Professional staff members who meet one of the following criteria may be eligible for a column movement:
Bachelor's Degree +24 – Completion of a bachelor's degree and 24 postgraduate credits.
Master's Degree – Completion of a master's degree program.
Master's Degree +15, +30, +45, or +60 – Completion of additional credits beyond a master's degree in accordance with the negotiated salary schedule.

Complete the application and submit all required supporting documentation.
All applications and documentation must be received by September 1 to be considered for a salary adjustment for that school year.
Salary adjustments will be processed once all eligibility requirements have been met and approved by the District.

Employees who have completed a Bachelor's degree plus 24 additional credits and are requesting a salary column movement should follow the steps below:

Complete the application in its entirety.
Include the following information:
Full Name
School
Grade Level or Subject Assignment
Select "Bachelor's +24" as your requested salary column movement.
Submit a copy of your official or updated transcripts to Laura Winemiller at the Education Center via email.
Employees who have earned a Master's degree and are requesting a salary column movement should complete the following steps:

Complete the application in its entirety.
Include the following information:
Full Name
School
Grade Level or Subject Assignment
Select "Master's Degree Movement" as your requested salary column movement.
Once your degree has been officially awarded, submit a copy of your Master's degree diploma to the Department of Human Resources and Laura Winemiller to finalize your salary change.
Employees who have completed 15, 30, 45, or 60 additional credits beyond their Master's degree and are requesting a salary column movement should follow the steps below:

Complete the application in its entirety.
Include the following information:
Full Name
School
Grade Level or Subject Assignment
Select the appropriate salary column based on the number of additional credits earned (Master's +15, +30, +45, or +60).
Provide the requested information for the courses completed to earn the additional credits.
Include any approved in-service credits, if applicable.
Submit a copy of your official or updated transcripts to Laura Winemiller at the Education Center via email.
