Clearances
Register online using the service code 1KG6XN and receive your UEID registration number. Once you have registered you can sign up for a date, time and location to have your fingerprints taken. You cannot pay online, but will need to bring your payment either by certified check, money order, or a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover to the fingerprint site. Money orders and certified checks must be made payable to IDEMIA. Identogo will provide directions on what to bring to the fingerprint site as well as what forms of ID are acceptable.
Click "Submit a New Record Check"and follow the online instructions. A credit card is required for this clearance. The cost is $22.00. The PA State Criminal Record Check is due every five years.

If you need to complete Act 126 Mandated Reporter training please use this link to go to the District's Safe Schools training website. Login with your District computer login (ex: smithjj@rlasd.net) and password to access your training. The Mandated Reporter Certificate is due every five years. Please do not forward us your certificate as we can access them thru HR.
If you are currently or were formerly employed by any school entity and/or organization where you had direct contact with children, such as childcare, day care, coaching, etc. you must complete one form per employer.
