OSS Company Direct Program

The Red Lion Area School District has partnered with OSS Health to take part in a new direct billing program for our employees and their spouses/dependents that are enrolled in the District's medical insurance program. This program is an innovative healthcare service offered by OSS that provides a high-quality, cost effective solution for employees and employers. The program offers set rates per visit and bundled package rates based on expected costs for clinically-defined periods of orthopedic care. The company direct program covers patient care costs from start to finish, and expedites, tracks and simplifies the process along the way. What you need to know:

1. There is no office copay and no deductible to be met.
2. Nothing else will change in how you receive health care from they physicians at OSS.
3. To use this program contact gsematoske@osshealth.com or call 717-848-4800 ext. 4424. Tell them you work for the Red Lion Area School District and need to set up an appointment through the Company Direct Program.
4. You have received a card from the HR office that you can present to OSS when receiving any type of non-emergency healthcare services from OSS. If you do not have the card with you, just simply tell OSS you are enrolled in Red Lion's medical insurance and they will process your billing under this program.
5. As always, your privacy is protected because OSS is not legally allowed to provide the District with any private health information about our employees who receive services under this program.
6. The District's participation in this program does not limit your ability to receive healthcare services from physician or practice of your choice.
